William P. Anderson studied Civil Engineering at the Stella Maris Polytechnic. William also pursued further studies in Hydro Power Plants Operations and Maintenance Routine in Zambia at the Kafue Gorge Regional Training Center. Among many others, he is the founder of the Practical Kids Preschool, an early childhood development Institution.
